Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Frello, a client-relationship management tool for freelancers (the "Service"), published by A. EL HAJJI (see the legal notice).

Beta. Frello is currently offered free of charge as a beta. The Service is still evolving: features may change, and occasional interruptions or data resets can occur. We recommend you keep your own backups and avoid storing business-critical data you cannot afford to lose (you can export everything at any time under Profile › Your data).

2. Account

Using the Service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. The Service is intended for professional users of legal age.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• harm the security or integrity of the Service;
• enter data for which you do not hold the necessary rights.

As a user, you are responsible for the personal data of your own clients that you process through the Service.

4. Subscriptions, pricing & billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans:

• Starter — free.
• Pro — €15 / month.
• Studio — €29 / month.

Prices are in euros and exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), which are added where required. New accounts include a one-month free trial of the Pro plan; when the trial ends, the account reverts to the free Starter plan unless a paid plan is taken.

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your profile. On cancellation you keep your paid features until the end of the current paid period, after which the account returns to the free Starter plan. Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your data, which remains exportable at any time (Profile › Your data). No refund is due for a partial month unless required by applicable law.

Pilot phase. While Frello is in its pilot phase, paid plans are activated manually and online self-service payment is not yet available. These Terms will be updated when online billing goes live.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occasionally be carried out.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping backups of your important data (see the export feature under Profile › Your data).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated. In the event of a material change, you will be informed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
