The Frello service is published by A. EL HAJJI, an individual operating the service during its beta phase. Frello is not yet incorporated as a company; this notice will be updated with full business details (registered name, registration number) once the operator registers as a business.

Hosting

The application and its data are hosted by the following providers:

• Web application — Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
• Database & authentication — Supabase (Supabase, Inc.). The data hosting region is set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All elements of the service (the "Frello" brand, interface, code, text, logos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. The data you enter (contacts, deals, invoices…) remains your property.
